Change error message for wrong grandmaster tag in userxml #378

I saw an error message today while doing an (intentionally "uninformed" way to) update the FNAL teststand:

Cannot find grandmaster snippet with CfgCVSBasePath=/home/daqowner/FNALfakeCfgCVS/ and MasterSnippetList=.

The name "MasterSnippetList" should be updated to "grandmaster".
