What is the change request for the SD? Please describe. The following comments against the Final Draft (Version 0.99) of the potential HCD SD v1.0 were submitted by Kanji Nakagawa and Fusayuki Fujita of Sharp:

  1. Section 2.2.2. FCS_CKM.2 Cryptographic Key Establishment, pg. 22 and Section 3.4.1. FCS_CKM.2 Cryptographic Key Establishment, pg. 72: This SFR is duplicated. Since FCS_CKM.2 is mandatory, and Section 3 of the SD is for conditionally mandatory, the SFR in 3.4.1. should be removed. Remove 3.4.1. FCS_CKM.2.
  2. Section 2.2.4.3. Guidance Documentation, pg. 25: In 4th paragraph, "To reduce this risk, the operating system and file system of the OE should support TRIM", ‘OE’ should be ‘TOE’. Modify ‘OE’ to ‘TOE’.
  3. Section 2.2.4.4. Tests, pg. 26: In second sentence in Test 1, "the destruction method key", should be “the key destruction method”, though TD0261 also said so. “the destruction method key” should be corrected to "the key destruction method”.
  4. Section 2.2.5.3. Tests, pg. 29: The last sentence in the 2nd paragraph in AES-CTR Monte-Carlo Test seems to be incorrectly copied and pasted: “The evaluator shall perform this test using each selected keysize.shall perform this test using each selected keysize.” The last sentence should be "The evaluator shall perform this test using each selected keysize."
  5. Section 2.2.7.3. Tests, pg. 50: The title of the first test is incorrect: "Testing of the trusted channel mechanism willShort Messages Test - Bit-oriented Mode" It should be "Short Messages Test - Bit-oriented Mode".
  6. Section 2.8.2.3. Tests, pg. 63: In test 2, there is a phrase "a remote administrative sessions". It should be singular. Modify ‘sessions’ to ‘session’.
  7. Section 4.3.2.3.1. FCS_TLSS_EXT.2.1 and FCS_TLSS_EXT.2.2, pg. 81: The first sentence in Test 1b ended with a condition. The next sentence should be connected. The first and the second sentences should be connected as "...cannot be disabled, the evaluator...".
