qemu: Do not install USB passthrough dependencies #16

Without this change, qemu.sh fails to install dependencies because Fedora 37 renamed libusb-dev to libusb-compat-0.1-devel. As AutoHCK currently does not use USB passthrough feature, just remove USB passthrough dependencies.

We will need Usb for SVVP certification. so might be ok now as workaround, but open issue to fix.
