We are a nationwide organisation and replicate some directories with our associated but independent national organisations. From this we are building an extended directory catalogue for mail addressing. To ensure that these people are not counted in the DLAU, we have created a deny access group:
DLAU recognises the deny access group and also all subgroups, but counts the registered persons as CCB users.
That should work. Can you please check the field "members" of the group document to see if it does contain the list of users? In order to investigate this further, can you please open a support ticket at CSM?
