Integrate separate collections of place names #12

Analogous to work on personal names.

ArchPal_placeNames.csv and CodBod8_placeNames.csv have been combined into placeNames.csv. placeNames.csv includes a column for Pleiades IDs where available. XML texts and the collections inventory have been updated accordingly.
