Have knowledge about MVC framework ( the design pattern to build 3-layers system on web) would be plus
Proficiency in programming .NET Framework, C#, Web service, JavaScript, Ajax, Spring .NET, - Database (Ms SQL Server, Oracle, DB2)
Knowledge about CSS, XML, HTML 5, HTLM jQuery, design patterns, threading and other engineering best practices (source code control system, code review, unit test, build, etc)
