Planning and growing Japanese SWAT team.
Leading and motivating SWAT team, which may include members with varying levels of Japanese proficiency.
Involving in communicating, building business with Japanese client from presale stage.
Addressing client concerns, expectations and resolving issues effectively.
Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among internal/external teams and with stakeholders.
Managing dependencies between teams and ensure excellent execution.
Proactively identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
