git tags missing #155

There is a 0.15.1 and 0.16.0 on pypi (https://pypi.org/project/h5pyd/#history) but this git repo is missing the matching tags

Sorry, haven't always been consistent in tagging the release. Probably best to setup a github action for this, but in the meantime will be careful to tag each PyPi update. Added a tag for 0.16.0.
