Verify that domain config can be changed #96

Reported: Is the hdfgroup.org domain hard-coded in the server? After changing the domain config, then I'm not able to access h5serv.

If you stop the server and then restart with a non-default domain like so:

python app.py --domain foo.com

Requests will be served using the new domain, but the hrefs and targets in the responses will use the old domain as a base.

To fix this, remove the file ".toc.h5" in the data directory before restarting.
