Implementation of the HDF5 Rest plugin.

Open resource: https://data.hdfgroup.org:7258/?host=tall.test.data.hdfgroup.org to test.

Doesn't support compound datasets, soft/external links, or images yet.

It works (with the limitations you wrote) on Windows!
