Since the GIT FetchContent build always pulls from the master branch, and not the PR that ran the workflow, it doesn't make sense to use it for CI. The FetchContent builds are more closely tied to the HDF5 library itself, and should probably be part of daily build testing with the other VOLs in that repo.
