Minimum required version of libcurl #67

In the README.md it is mentioned that VOL-REST requires the cURL library. Unfortunately, it does not mention the minimum required version of this library. It may be worthwhile to add this information to the README.md file.

For the compilation errors I got when using libcurl 7.49.1, I have the impression the minimum required version is 7.61.0.
