Expand Manowitz Archives #105

Description:

In 1.4 Manowitz Archives are limited to 5 chapters. Not sure if this has changed in 1.5. With expanded tech tree and units, 5 chapters are too little. Could this be improved?

Modders could write guides to their changes in-game.

I'll look into whether this can already be done by updating the RES files or not.

I think at this juncture, it is probably something that we'll allow MODders to change based on what I find out with respect to the RES files.
