More Resources (and buildings) #109

Description:

Add the ability to mod in new resources, with buildings to make them and their own production costs. UI suport for these changes on the "bottom of the screen" resource bar and on the "unit cost" box would be appreciated.

Why is it good for the game?:

Modder's could make more complex recourse chains, and more expensive/specific use resources. This would also allow for planet specific resources (native fauna & flora), or faction specific resources, like the vau nano-machine-metal or symbiot biomass, which would add an interesting strategic element to the game.

I second this for the resources part. We could have radioactives for nuclear weapons, or common/uncommon/rare metals for unit production for example.
