When you try to click and drag land units from a naval transport into an OceanWell, you get a message that says you can't unload cargo into the ocean.

Land units should be able to unload into Ocean Wells, especially since land units can be built in ocean wells.

When you try to click and drag land units from a naval transport into an OceanWell, you get a message that says you can't unload cargo into the ocean.
Workaround: You can unload these units by clicking "unload all".

open the save file cant_unload_landunts_on_oceanwell.zip
Try to unload the naval transport by clicking and dragging into the ocean well
You will see the "can't unload cargo into the ocean" message
Workaround: click the unload all button
