Description: I'm awfully sure that the Patriarch has banned the same things multiple times in this game.
Expected behavior: I'd expect to see any one tech only banned once.
Actual behavior: As I played a fresh game for an hour or so, it dawned on me that I'd seen some techs banned more than once. I hadn't taken notes though, so I can't show you any proof.
Game version: EFS B5 with Rebalanced Unit.dat, solo game as Hawkwood with default traits, human on easiest difficulty, AI's on hardest. Random universe, Uni Warehouse, Plague and Consume Food are ON.
