Grounded Jolt Haymaker abruptly ends horizontal momentum before touching the ground #1892

Not quite the same issue as #1891 but I feel like this is the reason that causes it to feel different from vanilla.

Vanilla clip: As you can see, Mac only stops moving forward once he reaches the ground. https://streamable.com/4goe45

HDR clip: However, in HDR, Mac dips straight down about 3(?) frames before actually landing: https://streamable.com/4w9t2j
