Neutral Special is now Disarming Voice. Jigglypuff reels back before yelling out a sound projectile.

Neutral Special Stats:

Projectile Fire Frame: 14 Projectile Fire Angle: -10 First Actionable Frame: 55

Projectile Stats:

Drops the opponents currently held item if it hits Damage: 3.0% Angle: 361 Knockback Growth: 40 Fixed Knockback: 0 Base Knockback: 20 Hitstop Multiplier: 1.0 Smash Directional Influence Multiplier: 1.0 Priority: Transcendent Absorbable: True Reflectable: True Trip Chance: 0.0 Bonus Shield Damage: 0 Hit Effect: Magic Bonus Hitstun Frames: 0 Framedata: 1-120
