Pulling in schema changes from https://github.com/MetadataWorks/schemata/tree/release-2.0.1

Additional Changes:

• Removed all comma separated values
• Added NOT APPLICABLE options for arrays
• Changed string format uri to use definitions/url
• Added string enum for IN PROGRESS
• Changes ambiguous format fields that could be a single string or array of string to be an array consistently - This will help with validation and display
