推动一个项目发展的不应当只有提交了有效 Pull Request 的人员，我们采用了一种用于识别开源项目的贡献者的规范，其方式是奖励每个贡献，而不仅仅是代码。人们正在使用自己的空闲时间以多种方式为开源项目做出贡献，所以我们相信每个人都应该因为他们的贡献而受到称赞（不论实际参加编码与否）。
