I'm going to wait until things stabilize on HD before doing anything here because this has changed twice in both places already
Checking back in, is this pull request still valid and/or necessary? I don't play with skins often enough to test.
Yes, this fixes the traumakit trying to play the weapon's skin sound instead of the player's.
Like #151 but without the completely unnecessary layer of abstraction that was HDPlayerPawn.PlaySkinSound.
