Wounds sometimes spawned slightly patched?

Not exactly sure why this happens, maybe it's because HDest doesn't init the patched value? Might be annoying to those who just want to skip to the trauma kit step.

update: seems to be caused by regenrate patching up the wound before the handler changes it to UaS_Wound
