Rename inputtypes #52

Currently format and inputtype are combined into 1 argument (inputtype). This is confusing -- for example, for, template.csv and data.csv.

Someone suggested eg format: sav, csv, dta (inferred from ext) and inputtype: questionnaire, dataset, vlmd-template, frictionless-schema)

Note, instead of format / input type distinction, just changing input type name per feedback (eg sas, spss, etc instead of sas7bdat and sav etc)
