Change option `outputdir` to `outputfile` and `filepath` to `inputfile` (and make argument and not option in CLI) #53

Also, included in beta testing feedback:

allow: (a) a filename; (b) a filename with relative path; or (c) a filename with absolute path; note that the extension (.json or .csv) will be added automatically, if necessary.
