Currently, extracating a json vlmd template without adding an additional title data dictionary property makes the user need to add this in manually. To make the experience more consistent with platform submission and the csv output (where you don't need to enter the title), will auto generate a title property (as was previously done but taken out here e9574f34dd85ffda223632a6b8dedaf2b656942e)
