Warnings in both CMake and C code #16

Please see attached cfitsio 4.4.0 build logs from MSYS2 UCRT64 (GCC 13.2) and CLANG64 (Clang 17) environments:

job-logs.zip

Some of these will probably get upgraded to errors in future compiler versions.

I also find it slightly weird that some of the CMake config files get installed in lib/cfitsio-4.4.0/, and some in lib/cmake/cfitsio...
