Please add versions/tags #6

It would be nice to create a release or at least a tag for the last published CFITSIO version (4.3.0), and maybe also for older versions.This would help to keep track own changes, and to refer to a specific version.

Thanks Ole, the repository was added to GitHub in between releases, and we're somewhat new to the GitHub workflow, but plan to add the correct tags, etc. for an upcoming patch release (4.3.1) and will look into adding tags for older releases.

I only see a branch (https://github.com/HEASARC/cfitsio/tree/cfitsio4_3_1), no tags. Any updates on this?

We're in the process of finalizing the 4.4.0 release and will make sure it has a tag for this one. I'll plan to try to sort out tags for older releases as well when I have a chance.
