Lea Seite: Kapelle #96

I just created a new poi for Lea Luzifer (kapelle) in the kapelle, yet it did not change the Orte appearing in her Seite. Aim is that Kapelle replaces Park.

@thelabeljoyves now it's nice and tidy BUT you have to assigne each student to one or two orte ;-)

For each student, there is a new "orten" field (multi-select with CTRL), you can select one or two orte from the list (the list if filtered based on all orte where the student has one POI).
