Shiny App Visualization #16

Lets make an interactive shiny app for this data:

[x] .rmd code creates data frames with metadata about the survey
[x] create shiny app in docs/presentation, which for most questions presents overall results and also can segment data by:
[x] subfield of geography (human, physical, methods, nature/society)
[x] methods (quant, qual, mixed)
[x] segment app into sections along the same lines of the paper (e.g. defining reproducibility, reproducible practices, experience attempting reproductions...)
[x] some type of text analysis / word cloud using qualitative answers to definitions
[x] host on shinyapps.io

@josephholler, I have finally pushed the code for producing the AAG figures from the reproducibility and replicability survey to the procedures folder. Let me know if you run into any issues. Note: the code gets the figures pretty close to what Peter's slides show, but there was some post-editing done for the AAG slides.

Some ideas:

everything under the 'concepts' tab right now is 'practices'
move the word cloud tab to follow the Awareness tab, since it's most relevant to the definition. @Peter-Kedron , do you think we should leave out Q's 12a, 15 and 17a from word cloud visualization because of small samples?
Third column of awareness tab, question prompt can be: "The qualitative definition of vulnerability most closely matches what emphasis? Could labels be reordered and labelled?
- data collection: Reproducible data
- experiment: Replicable experiments
- standard: standard NASEM definition
- transparency and extension
- omit: Ambiguous definition

@josephholler and @doabell, I would remove the 12a, 15, and 17a because they are note really informative as word clouds. They are showing the frequency of terms, but not the sentiments that answer the questions. So I don't see the value in including in addition to the small sample size.
