@SarahBardin Joe and I finalized the revisions and response to comments for this paper. Would you like to look at these before we submit? The comments were minor. if you are happy to trust Joe and I, I will submit today or tomorrow. Otherwise, I will wait for you to read and approve.

The revisions are in the new anonymous version of the paper I shared with you on overleaf . That version was made to fork it from the prior version, which we want to preserve because it is linked to the pre-print. Thanks.
