Open Peter-Kedron opened 1 year ago

@josephholler, we have a few small tasks to complete to ensure that the repository and paper are ready for final publication in the Annals

I used an OSF project component for a doi link that redirects to the data visualization.

Holler, J., Luo, Y., Kedron, P., & Bardin, S. (2023, August 15). Reproducibility Survey Data Visualization. https://doi.org/10.17605/OSF.IO/B47XU

This can be cited in the paper

I think structure/referencing are good, except what to do with survey_resp.csv

josephholler commented 1 year ago

well, that and we have a many of tables in the results folder, but none are listed in results_metadata.csv. I'm not sure if any of them match a table in the manuscript either. I'll leave it up to you whether to keep them or place a note.

@SarahBardin @Peter-Kedron The final item to wrap this up is whether to keep all the excel and word tables in the results folder... are these still relevant given the code & publication, and if so should be indexed in results_metadata.csv
