The current style for both comment system is just rubbish.

Need some rewrite to Waline.scss and valine.scss.

I would like to drop the support for Valine. It is not safe, not powerful and not being updated frequently. But the only reason for keeping it is its decent support for KaTeX, everything renders correctly and there is even preview for maths formulae. The Waline supports that by the trash MathML, while no input preview is provided.
