This pull request does the following.
Final tests are being done after the CMS change, and I will merge afterwards.
This version will probably be the one of the next heppy release, stay tuned.
CMS:
small bug fix concerning muon momentum resolution: pt dependence was not taken into account.
CLIC:
pf parameters adjusted a bit from what can be seen in Emilia's talk and in the CLIC physics and detectors paper. In particular: we now use the results obtained with basic software compensation for the calorimeter resolution. The size of the clusters in the HCAL has been reduced a bit. The calorimeter acceptance has been recomputed and slightly adjusted.
electron resolution from the tracker. There is now no difference between electron and muon resolution.
General:
display improved : range increased so that the CLIC detector is fully visible, length units now shown on the display
