Update the single-lepton trigger SFs #10

The plan is to update single-electron and single-muon trigger SFs in 2016. Changing the list of HLT paths is also on the table.

Made the transition in triggerSF2016 branch of ttH repository. Didn't push to master because the choice of HLT paths still appears to be under discussion. In case there won't be any better alternatives, it's just a matter of merging the changes to ttH master branch.

After discussing with the Louvain side, we decided to move forward with this and update the trigger SF, as there's no real reason to sit on this change.
