Update DL sample cross sections #25

Somehow missed that some of the DL samples contain HH->bbZZ events.

All samples that have "2B2V" in their DBS name correspond to HH->bbWW and HH->bbZZ decays. However, there are samples that have "2B2V" in their name but represent only HH->bbWW decays:

all NLO samples;
spin-2 resonant samples from 2017;
a spin-0 resonant sample (@ 650 GeV) from 2016.

There are no ambiguities in SL bbWW nor bbtautau samples as we would've expected.
