ParticleTransformer class tokens #16

Here we removed the class token: https://github.com/HEP-KBFI/ml-tau-en-reg/commit/33e4e2c6e4fbd6067af802083321f0fb98cc6ce2 but perhaps it was not motivated, need to check the effect on decay mode classification and also pt regression by adding it back and doing a careful comparison of the validation losses.

Added back in #19. No significant effect on physics performance.
