Theory Folder for Simunet #13

Have a consistent theory folder to be used for Simunet fits.

The theory folder should not include the old bsm_factor and fixed datafiles.
need to decide on an appropriate number for the id (possible ids: 1, 2023)

This will need to include an FK_FAKEKTABLE.dat file in fastkernel for the new implementation of the fixed observables (just one is fine, and it can be a copy of any existing FK table).

Yes, theory folder is now theory_270.
