New commondata #26

On this PR, we should add all the new commondata that will be implemented in SIMUnet. At the time of writing, all the new top data has been added.

Elie did the plotting labels I think - @ElieHammou can you confirm everything is okay?

Ah actually sorry, I just checked and the top processes are still not finished

Yes, I am done with fixing the plotting labels of the new commandata files. I have not done the top labels. Feel free to take on a split guys as there are many of them.
