Linear combinations #27

This branch will (eventually) implement the linear combinations feature for fitting. So far, the simultaneous fitting side of things is done. We need to make sure the analysis still works, and also implement the same thing for the contaminated fits.

Okay all agree perfectly now after hash is fixed!

This should all be done now, and I have benchmarked in toy cases. Happy to merge :)
