[WIP] Website #31

This PR contains the main structure of the website. PR's that implement sections on the website should be rebased on this branch.

Hi @ElieHammou, rather than having two sections in Tutorials

Tutorials

Contaminated Fits Closure Tests

I think we could just have one named Closure Tests within which the contaminated closure test feature is explained.

This I think would make more sense since Contaminated Fits are closure tests. (If Contaminated fits were performed that are not closure tests then it would be probably better to leave them as separate sections)

I don't know if merging them would be clear since they are two distinct processes, from one we get an exploitable PDF from the other WC boundaries. I'm happy to discuss it tomorrow and maybe consider a renaming if that helps.
