Theory id check #52

This PR (see also #51 ) introduces a theory ID check function. This is to be used as a decorator for functions that take theoryid as input. It is to make sure that the user only uses the theory id that contains the simu_factors

TODO:

[x] have a final theory id
[ ] decorate relevant functions

I will close this PR, as it is not really needed. We should specify the theory ID in the docs
