added exception to use dataspecs_chi2_table with nnpdf fits #72

In $\tt{SIMUnet}$ environment bsm_fac.csv files need to be in the replica folder to use dataspecs_chi2_table, hence added an exception to use it to produce the chi2 table with $\tt{NNPDF}$ fits.
