On Alma9 when stopping the decision engine under systemctl control we see the following process get spawned as a child of the systemctl stop decisionengine process
[root@fermicloud814 ~]# pstree -pl 2739691 systemctl(2739691)───systemd-tty-ask(2739692) [root@fermicloud814 ~]# ps -ef | grep systemd-tty-ask root 2739692 2739691 0 08:08 pts/0 00:00:00 /usr/bin/systemd-tty-ask-password-agent --watch root 2740021 2739761 0 08:10 pts/1 00:00:00 grep --color=auto systemd-tty-ask
it sits there for about 1-2 minutes and then times out and the decisionengine is stopped.
It's not clear why this would be doing this.
