Tuning only one parameter #1

Dear Apprentice authors,

I might have found a bug:

I get an error

IndexError: too many indices for array: array is 1-dimensional, but 2 were indexed

whenever I am trying to tune exactly one parameter, both with app-tune2 and app-yodaenvelopes. When tuning at least two different parameters everything seems to work fine.

Can you reproduce this or is there an error on my side?

@DanielSamitz: I am so sorry no one every got back to you on this. Is this a persistent problem? Can you send some files that reproduce the problem?
