Increase limit on number of channels #17

Seems to be an arbitrary limit - using the new increased limit allows me to use aipy with my data.

This change also had to be reflected in aipy_src/_miriad/mir/maxdimc.h. Commit a9e06ddf6c66e89b987b5331f55c683d616782ab I think does what you need.
