0.1.0 reformatting #15

Made a few minor changes to the notebook formatting. Included the configuration files' contents in markdown cells underneath the uvd.history output cell.

I've found a place where the io scheme will lead to errors--I'm currently working on fixing this. I will post another comment once this has been fixed.

The 0.1.0 notebook should now be fully reformatted and debugged.
