Is description of minor variations inside each step directory redundant? #9

I don't want to have too much redundant information, to be replicated every time we update something. At the moment, we have a (more detailed) summary of minor steps in the overall step-0 directory.

Given the expanded role of the planning tables in the main README, is it now redundant to have this?
