Tarball files downloaded through web interface misnamed #19

Downloading, e.g., 'zen.2457638.62526.xx.HH.uvc' from folio's Librarian creates a file of that name, but it's actually a tarball. Filename should probably by 'zen.2457638.62526.xx.HH.uvc.tar.gz'.
