We need to give users of the NRAO Librarian a user interface so that the can command the Librarian to "stage" data onto Lustre from its local disks. It should be possible to do this from a search results page. We might also want to allow the user to just paste in a big list of file names and have them all get staged.
The user should be able to specify the destination directory. We might also want a mode where the Librarian just picks something sensible, and it tells the user where to look.
