_do_obsid_is_null /obsid-is-null stopped working Sept 2023 #84

The search function obsid-is-null is used to find and transfer maintenance files like database. After many years of service it stopped sometime around 9/15/2023 it stopped returning results. This is preventing backup of databases and other important things.

Who's administering the Karoo deployment these days? Hopefully someone can point to something about the software that was deployed around that time; this is the kind of thing that really ought not just spontaneously change its behavior ...
